Please read this “Terms and Conditions” of membership carefully before you register your membership.
It fully explains the terms and conditions of your rights and obligations with the membership. You will acknowledge and agree with all the terms and conditions by clicking the "I agree with the terms and conditions and proceed to registration." button.
Article 1 - Membership

1."Member" means the individual who is registered with "G.SAKAI INTERNATIONAL.COM " and agreed with all the terms and conditions provided at this website (http://www.gsakaiinternational.com)

2."Member’s Information" means all the data that the members disclosed to us as well as all the related information and/or record of the transactions made between the members and us.
3. The “Terms and Conditions” of the membership is applied to all members who have completed the registration of the membership. The registered members have obligation to honor this contract.

Article 2 - Registration

1.Membership: You will qualify as a member upon completion of the registration with your agreement of the “Terms and Conditions”. The person who would like to become a member must complete the registration. We do not accept any application for registration requested by your representative and/or third parties. Your request for the registration may be rejected if your membership has been rejected by us in the past, or if you do not satisfy our conditions or criteria.

2.Member Information Entry: Please read the instructions very carefully and enter accurate information when you fill out the registration form. Special characters and signs cannot be used in the registration. Those special characters and signs will be void if they are used in the registration.

Article 3 -  Password:

1.You are the only person who is qualified to use your password  It is not transferable to any other person.
2. Please make sure that your password is well protected, and we recommend that you change it regularly
3. You will have the responsibility to fulfill the transactions including the payments once you confirm your purchase orders with your password.

Article 4 - Changes

We take reasonable steps to keep the personal data we possess
accurate and up-to-date and to delete out of date or otherwise incorrect or unnecessary personal data.

(a). You must notify us of any changes of your data including your name and  address with no delay.
(b). We have no responsibility on any kind of losses or damages caused by the delay of your notification of the changes in your personal data. All the transactions completed prior to the notification should be considered to have been fulfilled based on your previous information.

Article 5 - Cancellation of Membership

Cancellation of membership must be requested and processed by the member who needs the cancellation. The contract of membership will terminate upon completion of the procedures. 

Article 6 - Loss of Membership and Obligation of Payment

1. Your membership may be revoked under the following situations where we find:
a) Any kind of false information at the time of the registration of membership
b) Refusal of payment for the confirmed purchase orders
c) Inappropriate actions
 
2.You will have the responsibility on any losses and damages that are caused by the  following actions 
  (a) Inappropriate use of the membership ID and the password
  (b) Interference to our business by modifying the information on our website or sending harmful files and programs to our website
  (d) Interference to the intellectual property rights of our products
  (e) Any other actions taken place against the “Terms and Conditions” of membership

Article 7 - Privacy (ref. click to full pages of privacy)

1. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your   consent to do so except for the following conditions.
  (a) Disclosure required by law
  (b) When required in order to protect our rights, profits and credits

2. Your personal data will be managed by us in accordance with our 
  "Personal Data Engagement". We may use your personal data to improve and promote better service for our customers as well as to
 maintain our business healthy.

3.We may send you our promotional information, including advertisements, through Mail Magazine or other methods. You may notify us if you do not wish to receive the information except the information that is required to maintain our service.

Article 8 - Prohibited Items

The following actions are prohibited whenever you use our service.
(a) Actions that infringe the law
(b) Actions that challenge to the warnings concerning our products and services 
(c) Actions that infringe the "terms and conditions" of membership.
(d) Actions that harm our business or third parties' rights, profits and credits
(e) Actions that are inappropriate in public places
(f) Actions that harm other users and members
(g) To use false information
(h) To mail or send harmful computer files or programs
(i) To access our computer server or website inappropriately
(j) To transfer your ID and Password to other person or share your ID and password with other person
(k) Actions that we consider inappropriate

Article 9 - Suspension and Cancellation of Service

1. Our service may be suspended without notifying you to maintain a good operating condition or under the following situations where.

  (a) Our regular system maintenance and/or emergency system maintenance is required
  (b) Our system receives high volume loads
  (c) Difficulties caused by fire, power-outage and/or interference by third parties
  (d) Any other causes which we determine to suspend the system 

Article 10 - Changes or Discontinuing of Service

A part of or all of our services are subject to change without notice.

Article 11 - Exclusion of Liability

(a) We have no responsibility on any losses or damages caused by the system suspension, delay, cancellation or loss of data due to interference of the communication lines or computers.  Also we have no responsibility on any losses or damages caused by inappropriate access to the data on our website or due to the services provided to the members through our website.
(b) We have no responsibility on any harmful contents including computer viruses in the e-mails that may be sent from our webpage server domain.
(c).We have no responsibility on any losses or damages caused by any actions that infringe the “Terms and Conditions” of membership.


Article 12 - Amendments of the Membership Terms and Conditions

We may amend the “Terms and Conditions” of membership anytime and also may add extra terms and conditions (will be called Supplementary Terms and Conditions). All amendments and supplementary terms and conditions go into effect immediately after being posted on our website. Members must honor the amended terms and conditions as well as the supplementary terms and conditions.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdictional Court

Any dispute regarding the “Terms and condition” of membership must be brought to the district court which is in charge of the region where our head office is located, and it must be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first trial.
